FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We do not allow shipping of precious items like jewelry, cash, cheque, etc through our network. Request you to please go through our list of prohibited items.
Each order you book on our site will generate a single airway bill number and order ID. A single order ID is applicable to a single box/package/parcel only. Do not send multiple boxes or parcels under a single order ID as this might lead to loss or damage.
The shipper / consignor has to drop us an email at support_direct@delhivery.com.
Please do not estimate the weight or dimensions as this may incur extra charges or your parcel being returned. Be as accurate as possible. Use weighing scales to weigh your parcel. Note: We re-weigh and measure parcels at our service centers before they are dispatched.
Currently, packaging services are available only at select cities for shipments weighing less than or equal to 1 kg and restricted to a dimension of less than 335 mm x 235 mm
We suggest you please drop us an email with the order and transaction ID at support_direct@delhivery.com
The refund will be processed to your account within 15 working days. Thereafter, the same will reflect in your original mode of payment, as per the rules of the payment method you may have originally used
When your shipment is damaged or and if any content is missing, we request the shipper to email us at support_direct@delhivery.com within 2 days of delivery with appropriate pictures of the damaged shipment.
If your shipment is not delivered, please contact your shipper. Please understand that only the shipper can file a claim as he is the contracted partner of Delhivery.
